Suggestions on Moving to Europe
Folks I’m thinking of moving to Europe from India. I’m a software developer with 1.5 YOE. I want to move to Europe to explore different places in Europe and experience life outside India. My main goal is not to save a lot of money (I’ll be okay with saving as much as I save in India). I want to work outside India for a couple of years and then return back to India. What are your suggestions on moving to Europe? Which country is best for software developers in Europe at the moment? What are the companies in Europe that are sponsoring visa? How should I prepare for interviews in Europe. Your suggestions and guidance are much appreciated. YOE - 1.5 TC - 14.5(Base)

You are at JP and it provides internal mobility to Europe. You can try that. Also, companies like Uber, Amazon, Meta, Booking, Wise etc hire directly from India but they usually prefer mid or above level. Their interview process is similar to LC, system design and HM round. There are plenty of resources over the internet you can refer to.
I would suggest try only these cities: Amsterdam, London, Dublin, Madrid and Berlin. Rest ignore. These are my personal preferences .
Thanks. JP doesn’t seem to offer international mobility for people with my YOE. Thanks for the list of companies I’ll look into it. As you mentioned Berlin, how is the economic situation now in Germany? Also how is Munich compared to Berlin?
Just thinking might not help the cause very much.
2 reasons: the market is very bad there (personal exp) and the pay might not be very good
My 2 cents, if possible, try finding a better job here in India, then spend some more time to gain more experience and hone your skillset a bit more
Then you’re more valuable and hence companies might prefer more to hire you, and give relocation support too
