I would like to learn swimming. There is this playoo app which can find swimming pools nearby but not trainers. Any trusted place to learn swimming in Bangalore?

Try cult play ⏯️ they have good coaches. But better to take YouTube videos to learn Faster. Like watch learning videos alongwith coaching and that's fine for freestyle. For butterfly, backstroke etc u can watch Olympians video 📸 to learn fast. Swimming is physics like Archimedes and Bernoulli etc. I have trained more than 10 people in pool from fish to shark 🦈 Happy learning... Bonus - Water, Sun and Plants (basically nature) gives us an opportunity to rediscover our inner self cutting off from all those chaos n noise.

I am looking for a place where I can get swimming lessons , obviously to learn swimming and may be socialise a little. I tried looking for cult. 28/M - Have a complete desk job and odd hours of working (US PST Hours). Been feeling burned out and stressed off late. Completely out of shape. BMI high, Did a blood test recently and results are looking worrisome. New to Bangalore, Looking for some suggestions/connections to a good personal trainer and gyms. Found a lot of local gyms but don’t think I have the motivation to get things started on my own, so a good PT and gym would really help. I’m based near Malleswaram and don’t mind travelling 5kms around. Any suggestions or connections in your networks would really help.
