Hello everyone, i have been working in tcs since 1 yr 9 months in an ERP software called PeopleSoft. But I feel there is not much scope in this field so I want to switch my tech domain . Can you please share how can I switch to different tech domain?

Want to switch my tech domain

I have 2.5+ YOE on .NET in Accenture as backend developer. But I want to switch to React and Java full stack role. I can fake react experience as I'm decent and confident on the frontend.
But how do I grab a Java backend role, as I don't have any experience in it? 
I don't want to apply for a frontend only role, as I'm genuinely interested in Fullstack.

Please suggest. I'm preparing for interviews right now.

I have mostly worked in legacy codebase in Oracle org (C, Linux) and it's been nearly 5 years since I have joined. ( I had health issues for 2+ years due to which I couldn't prepare consistently), and I am feeling very stuck now, so how difficult would it be for me to switch to a Java based backend role and what should be the way forward for me
