Before switch, acquire knowledge about domains to want to work on.  
  
 Can try popular ones: AI (data, Computer vision,NLP etc.), Blockchain, JS (ReactJS, Angular etc.), cloud, DevOps, MLops, Data engineer 
  
 Can try less coding: Data Analytics, Consulting, product management 
  
 Try a little odd ones (they are well paid if you find a niche, but need really immense expertise) : like Rust Developer, core C++ engineer (high level), advance R&D engineers

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

2022 passout. 
Currently working as a Cybersecurity Analyst, the project is more like a Technical Support Role. Have to connect with the user and troubleshooting in their laptop if issue required. Here I have to work in 3 different shifts like for morning 5.30 am or from night 9pm to 6.30 am or at afternoon from 2pm and it's changing weekly. And also have to report to the office now in those timings. 
I want to change the domain to different role like backend or frontend or in the same domain I want to switch to a different company.
Is it good to resign without having any other selection ( I am good to sit without any company for 2-3 months)?

If I resign and will sit for 3-4 months without working in any company, does the next company which I will apply for interviews or openings, will not allow me to sit in their interviews? Or would not go with my resume?
And what could else I have to face .
