Can someone talk with me , Going through depression
This is regarding my company and role
After completing my b.tech in 2022 joined Wipro as off campus placement, they trained me on java but after training no project was assigned till 1 year no project and no hands on learning, after 1 year they put me on support role project desktop support , from 9 months i was just solving tickets , wanted to switch but company wants hands on experience guy , I don't know what to do know , mai fas gya na switch krr para na project change hora hai
Try to apply for ASE in my company I am not sure they are hiring for 2022 batch or not but check once on the official career portal of Accenture. It will definitely helpful and if you will be selected than try to strengthen your hands-on and theoretical knowledge too. Start applying with a great resume where you should mention your experience and core skills.

Invest in stock market, the depression from there will wipe out all other mini depressions.

This is common story of more than half of the people joining Service based companies in India as a fresher. You just need to switch the Job. No need to have hands on in specific areas to appear in the interview, just prepare well for the interview, write in resume that you have worked on Java project for 1-2 yrs and then appear for the interview.
@PettyPlanet7 Yeah, but at least lateral candidates are not taken by surprise, they are already aware of the reality. But freshers are taken by surprise and they don’t know what to do, and they start getting frustrated and demotivated.
Hi bro. Looks like I am in same boat as you just I didnt get any training and I worked on manual testing which is equivalent to no programming at all. One advice, fake resume. Dont take your project seriously
Yes tell me.. Be Positive..long time you remain depressed it will become more harmful
Sorry to hear.
When things keep getting worse, reading an uplifting book did help me in the past.
I would suggest this one: "The Leader Who Had No Title"
There is professional counseling available free for all employees. I would suggest to utilize the same

Hey I can feel your situation. I would suggest do some projects on java/j2ee. Apply at a small company. Build some experience and then try to apply at larger companies. Getting into small service/product based companies would be easier. Just build something on your own.

Bro, lie in your resume about professional experience.
But make sure you make that up by working on your side projects, you'll not know things at professional level but 1-2 yrs exp guys are anyway not much up to the value chain, so there is always some company which will take a bet on you.
Having said that, market is cruel right now and only number works, apply 200 and get 1-2 call back. So take care and keep grinding
Be ready to change career path. You are early in your career. Find where growth is and go in the industry or field. Even if it at same pay or bit less. Unshackle yourself bro. You will do well, don't worry
