Based on what you have seen/heard from your friends & colleagues or based on your own experience, what is the avg % hike one can expect while switching in current times? YOE-9, role - senior Product/Business analyst

Hi everyone , I am currenly working in Capgemini as a Full Stack Developer from 2.6 years. Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . My Current salary 4.5LPA. Any help would be helpfull.

I recently joined an organisation 1 month ago on a 20% hike , now the salary has become 15 LPA. Today I have recieved from a much bigger company offering better role and good salary of 19 LPA. I want to make this switch but unable to phrase words to tell my current company , pls suggest how to implement this without facing any backlash

I m Tier 1 MBA with 3.5 years of experience in Strategy and Marketing. Took a paycut on my 2022 CTC to join a great company in a great role in 2023 during all layoff scenes of early 2023. This year also I m expecting hardly 7 - 8% hike. It is frustrating 😞. Salary day is the saddest day for me. My current in hand is lesser than my 2nd year salary. I want to switch but just worried about too many switches on my resume.

And 2 yoe as ML Engineer at a start up.Currently I am upskilling on gen ai and mlops as well. Current CTC :12 LPA(FIXED). What should be the minimum I should expect?in my next switch. Thanks

I'm more interested in Supply Chain management/ operations/ logistics. My MBA background is also Marketing/ Operations. I have done Gen AI supply chain course from IIM Mumbai and currently doing Supply Chain Certificate Course from APICS. Have 1 YOE. Any referral / opening in any SCM/Ops/Logs will help a lot. Regards

How much of a hike should one expect while switching roles (for a PM role) I have started giving interviews and the expected CTC i had mentioned was with a 40% hike. Nope, i have received my appraisal in the range of 15%, due to good performance. Should I revise my expected CTC? How does this usually work?

I'm a 30Yo with 7years in the same industry however at only 6LPA. For someone with this much experience i surely deserve more hence i started looking out for opportunities and got a 9LPA offer. When I put down my papers the current company has promised appraisal but are not confirming how much will I get and when will it start from. And now I'm stuck because the new offer is running out and my current company is simply binding time. I'm really clueless and ffs i really need to start making good decisions. #Salary
