Switch after 3.5 years how much should I aks(Java Developer)

I am working on Java since past 3.5 years and having package 8.5L know technologies like: Core Java,Servlet,JSP,Spring,Spring Boot,SQL,HTML,CSS,JS and Typescript Do I need to learn any technologies point of view..? And how much should I ask for next switch getting confused will appreciate your help Thanks in advance.

If u r good with spring boot, like a master or something then u can demand 15-17 for backend role. If you are ok with both FE and BE then 12-15 is good choice

Investment tips for guy who's earning 30k permonth, age :23

Hey guys , I am an IT dihadi majdur. Have zero idea about Investment. Let me share my income: I receive 30k in hand from which I have to save 20k for my brother's engineering. Rest of the money I transfer to my mother's account as we have a small loan ( 2 lakhs aprx ). Any tips how can I start investing, heard about SIP but don't know how to do it and where to invest.
