1. Is the above techstack enough to get me a good data engineering role? Will I be able to clear the technical rounds at companies like accenture, IBM etc with this profile? I have heard the barrier to entry for data engineering is higher than that of data analyst.

I am working as a SDE 2 in this startup and have been a founding engineer for the company.

I have built several products from scratch with complete ownership. I have experience in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.

My concern is that i have worked on logic heavy applications but never on big scale since the applications i have built are enterprise focussed.

Most of the good startups / MNCs require experience in working with Dist. Systems, scale,etc. 

My ask is what should i expect in terms of salary in the current market. Is 36 Base achievable ?

I am attending an interview process for Lead Data Science. I want to know the previous experiences with to improvise my interview experience. 
The company having 5 rounds and each round is an elimination (the scary part).

First round is DSA and Data Science fundamental. Where I have learnt DSA 5years ago and now I’m out of practice. For Data Science it might be more like ML (I assume). 

Second round is System Design, which will be more on designing system and scalability 

Third round is more off Technical And Managerial around.

4th round is managerial round 

5th round is HR discussion 

I want to know where to prepare for all the rounds and what’s the efficient way to prepare for it.

A little bit about me-

I come with a mix of recruiting for mid to senior roles in business and corporate functions at an agri tech startup along with limited exposure to product and techno functional roles at a B2B SaaS startup.
Apart from hiring, I've also been part of Talent branding initiatives and Talent analytics. Along with that, I also built a referral portal for internal employees.


What I want in my next role -

- A great manager
- A healthily competitive team (trustworthy too)
- Org with good business perspective and fundamentals
- A decently quick growth path with wealth creation as well

Like should go for masters(my undergrad degree is not CS or some pheonix branch). Should I learn on my own and keep giving interview. Or should I take some experience in sde and then switch?
