I will finish 2 years in may, I worked as business analyst for 1 year 8 months and took release in order to get into a React Js project, I gave rmg all my skills, he said he could not get me a project on those skills, I am rejecting all the support projects, he threatened me saying people are getting released from company if they are not taking projects,
(I cleared digital few months ago)


Cut to the present-
I am working on L1 Sap support, every day I feel like quitting the company, I might have applied for around 400 companies easily in the past 1 month I received call from 2 and neither had scheduled interview after knowing the notice period, If I dont take a decision now I wont be able to crack interviews later as days pass the experience I need to fake also builds,

My options:
1. I thought I will keep my papers after the current hike and revoke it if I do not get any offer
2. Fight with the current manager for release on the basis of the 2 year contract he recently told, which was not mentioned while I was taken into the project.
3. Do my learnings parallelly and when I get an offer I will leave the company


My current level of understanding in react is moderate, I have done few small projects and I helped one of my friends in his project for some time and I feel that I can crack interviews.

Please give your suggestions, its a life thats going to change if i stay here for 2 more yrs I will come out with 0 exposure and 4 yrs experience.

I heard from a friend that if you accept an offer from Infosys but later decide not to join, they may block you in their database, preventing you from joining in the future. Hi, I got this offer from HSBC IT Technologies. I'm now working in TCS as a GCP Data Engineer. I started in TCS as a fresher and after 3+  years, TCS CTC is 4.82 lpa. Now HSBC is offering me 9 lpa + variable pay. 
Should it be a correct decision for me to accept the offer? What you all suggest?

I have received joining from Techmahindra (3.25 lpa) and I have an offer letter of tcs digital (7 lpa). I am unable to understand if I wait for TCS digital or else join techm because there is a bond in techm where I should pay if I leave the company before 2 yrs. I am a Java Backend Dev with 5+ yrs of experience. I am not happy working in TCS. I want to resign but I have only completed 1 year here. I don’t have any offers in hand. But I reel like once I resign, I’ll feel inner peace. Looking at the current market conditions, shall I go ahead and do it.

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?

This could be a rookie question, but what exactly are the implications of accepting the official offer letter and then not joining the company? Any legal issues can come? 

If not, then what's the point of all those formalities- these guys even capture the IP address, signature etc when the offer is accepted. 
Why all that fuss?

Also, when exactly does an individual become an actual employee of a company? I mean, at what point of the on boarding procedure do I legally become an employee?

I recently received a counter offer from one of the big 4 company.. I had initially decided not to join. I am reconsidering my decision and would appreciate your advice on the potential consequences. 
Specifically, I am concerned about the risk of being blacklisted or facing negative if I choose not to join the company even after accepting their counter offer.
