There is help if you need it

For everyone wanting to quit their jobs but can’t due to the recession and ongoing layoffs, you need to build a better relationship with you manager.

This way your work gets easier and hopefully you will buy yourself some time before you absolutely need to quit because of your horrible manager.

I found this really cheap course that’s absolutely a value bomb that’s going to help a lot of you -

I'm really interested in how you coach didis and didas make any money with 199 wala pricing. How many shmucks does it take to turn a profit?

FuzzySushi
FuzzySushi

It really doesn’t make any money at this point @Barbaadeshwar . It’s just about helping more people at this launch phase with a low ticket product so it’s affordable to many. Honestly the marketing costs are too high, I’m currently in loss. But it’s a long term strategy to teach useful stuff to as many people as possible, you know?

PerkyMarshmallow
PerkyMarshmallow

The marketing costs are too high for two reasons. 1. Poor or no PMF. 2. You're burning cash on perf where your competition Wankur Arikoo and Sawan Kapoor are burning millions to get in front of the same audience with higher recall.

If the course is as magically effective as you believe it is, put the base version for free or create content from its modules as your social strategy. If that works sell 1-1 services or consulting where you can charge way more than 199 or 999 (is it really gonna go away after 16 hours :) ) color me cynical but everyone uses the 80-90% off spiel.

FYI: Even if you are selling a course at first, more than the upfront cost of the course, I think a bigger challenge is to get people to actually watch the content (assuming those will be videos/podcast)

I am sure everyone comes across tens if not hundreds of such posts on a daily basis, and a very few of them actually spend time to even watch those (considering those are free).

So your barrier to entry is not the money, but getting people to start watching it. Adding cost as another barrier in front of it will just kill the whole thing :)

PS: You cannot profit off building your personal brand. You profit off your personal brand once its built.

That’s a great point @whoami . I guess I really overlooked mentioning that fact on the landing page that the course gives actionable tactics that can be done in less than 15 minutes ( that are long term strategies of course but can be implemented fast)

The building personal brand bit got me! It really is a long game but I’m in it, 100%.

I really appreciate you taking the time to share this with me :)

How is this going to help if you if you are say, bad at your job?

FuzzySushi
FuzzySushi

Actually the course helps you with that as well.
In case you have problems with your manager because you’re bad at what you do, the responsibility is on you.
For 10 different scenarios with your manager, the first three questions to ask are

  1. “Am I the problem, (is that why my manager treats me differently) ,
  2. is it the manager’s fault or
  3. Is my manager just toxic

Whatever the answer is, the course gives strategies to tackle the situation according solving for the exact problem.
