This pain just doesn't fade away

Hey Everyone!

I am an app dev working for a startup and it's been more than a year there hasn't been any proper projects nor there were any end to end projects that I could work on.

But I am unable to decide whether to start studying for DSA and jump to another company as I always get anxiety that my company would provide me with a project and I won't be able to perform it well as I do not know more of data handling stuff and the pay is really worst, they also denied my appraisal for this year.
