Feeling losted

Currently working in a startup and contributing in data science projects. Learning is good but a lot of time goes down in meetings and discussions and I have to do late night work. Everyday starts to feel like the same and I am not able to get time for extra learning to enhance my knowledge and tech stack. Also thinking of company change but most of them need 3-4 years exp to the data science team. 😭
