Hi All I have been working in B2B domain. I have started to feel that B2B domain is not suitable for me. Hence, wanted to switch from B2B to B2C domain. Can you please suggest how should I start journey?

Team is less than 10 people still, slowly growing. Net profit could be higher, that's top priority to work on now. Total cash invested by founders was 15L over 3-4 years. Yearly revenue : 2019 - less than 30k 20 - 1.5L (after pivot) 22 - 50L Getting to the first lakh and then to 10 lakhs was probably the most challenging part. We thought of shutting down multiple times, struggled through multiple fights between founders. Glad we didn't stop working and pulled through. This is my 4th or 5th attempt at starting up. Except for 1, other attempts didn't even get to incorporation stage. Would love to hear from other bootstrappers and their experience.

Reaching out to all Product Managers! Looking for insights into possibilities for switching to a Consumer facing Product Manager role, when one has spent majority time in their career in a B2B PM role. I’m in my early career stage (3 YOE, 25 YO) in Product Management with B2B firms. I really wanna switch into a B2C role - but I am worried that my experience is highly B2B centric and would limit my chances. Many companies come up with “n+ years in a B2C product” in their requirements. Looking for any tips from people more experienced, also if any PMs have made such a switch.

Hey startup founders, who've been there and done that. Is ConsumerTech dead with all the giant social networks already taking a users' screen time? A recent YC video (tarpit idea) suggested that B2B SaaS is good, B2C is shit. I feel if we have to build something big in India, for the people, the threshold is really high for a social network. On the other hand, B2C SaaS is not something that people would pay for easily, making it less scalable. So, what should one go about this?
