Tinder is failing. How do you want to date in future?
Dating apps have failed in the US. They will fail in India too. What next?

Get outside, meet people, talk to them
Zero confidence, hiding behind technology is bad for your future family too.
Do you want your kids to look up to dad/mom and say this is the confidence I aspire to have?

Remote SDEs.. š«£
@BiryaniEnthu How do you like being approached? Would you be okay if a stranger came up and said hi?

Arranged Marriage without parental intervention is going to become a thing. There are already exclusive match makers that arrange dates. Heard from a friend that there is an offline service in Bengaluru that is being beta tested.
You pay ā¹10k-ā¹12k and they set you up on 3 dates across 3 months. These dates are tailored to your likings and they take feedback of what went right / wrong in each date. If you donāt get 3 dates, you get the money back.
The hypothesis is that you need to give every relationship some time unless there are obvious red flags and as the famous Seema Taparia said, ā100% no one will get. You might get 60-70% and rest you have to compromiseā š
I feel that is going to be the future of ādatingā for a lot of folks who are in their mid-20s now.

Dating will never work in India. The kind of anti men laws we have in this country, the awareness is already on the raise. It's only a matter of time.
From what I see in my office, this dating is more common in the early 20s groups..just out of college or people in their early professional years.
Then reality hits them.
Zomato or Swiggy should do matches based on order similarities, area, reviews, etc. At least you have good food to talk about on your date.
Find a community of your interest and start something there. Coz atleast you have something in common to start with. Later things might change based on deep interests.
I want a person who can run a telegram group efficiently so that I can solve this.

Dating apps haven't failed by any means. It's just saturation now. Even Facebook and Instagram is reaching peaks of growth and will plateau because there's only so many people on earth who want to use your app.
Both countries are still seeing plenty of people use apps regularly. Activity may rise and fall over time as they play around with business models and features. That's pretty normal.
