To switch or not
So I joined a startup on Oct, 23(6 months completed). They are struggling to raise funds. From Jan, they started layoffs from ops and customer support, went to major cost-cutting: no tea, snacks, giving the floor to rent, restricting the leaves: like for leave, you have to get approval from HR and the CEO, not the manager. I'm in a tech team, and multiple products are lined up for release, so work is there, but ultra micro-managing. I'm getting opportunities but I'm not sure whether to switch or not. I leave my last job in 5 months due to their funding issue. That's why I'm skeptical to leave or not. Would love to hear advice.
Is salary paid on time? And if paid wait for one year otherwise try switching the saying we took a short term project in our company and its completed and they don't have another project in my domain saying to switch to non-it project for now but I can't go from my domain I was good at my domain so this is the reason, don't give hated reasons on company even though you hate

Actually it is getting delayed month by month... When I joined the date was 5 of the next month, then Dec salary came on 7 th Jan, Jan salary came on 6 Feb, Feb salary came 7th March, and March salary came on 10th April and all this happened without any prior notice. Not hating it, just stating what has happened.
Then don't hesitate to switch otherwise you will be in big trouble or maybe laidoff without any offer

Wtf dude change asap
Just think about this scenario that you keep on delaying it they might be not in a position to even send you relieving letter
And even ur whole 6 months exp is wasted as you have no experience letter
A scenario is company got shut down and all emails are not accessible or they are not replying to due internal chaos
