I love to try out news app on the app store, an apple user this side — another place I come across a few are through product hunt. 

Please share, these can be of any category from finance, productivity or others. Just don’t recommend another notes, calendar apps. 

I would recommend the following apps to try out: 

- Dime: Budget and expense tracker. 
- Splitwise: Split expenses with friends.
- Calendly: Schedule meetings with ease.
- DigiYatra: Escape check in cues at the airport.
- Slice: Flash credit loans.

For me I have idm+, i brought it for 1 rupee using some discount. Some benifits are no ads in any website. I can download any video which is playable except on YouTube. There much more options but I don't use them.

What are some coolest apps in your phone

I'll state some paid apps 
  
 GTA San Andreas : Most mobile games are meh. Nothing beats this for killing 5-15 mins of time 
  
 Poweramp Premium: If Youtube Music, Spotify, Apple Music are kings of music streaming, this is the king of offline music players. Way too powerful and strongest EQ on android (Poweramp EQ is a separate app too which is currently in free beta so you can try it out. Nothing Tech boasted their Advanced EQ, this is even further then that) 
  
 Solid Explorer: After scoped storage, file explorers became weak on Android. This is still strong with access to android folder, good smooth UI, accessing Google drive and even FTP. For 20 rupees, it's cheap too. Alternative I have heard is Mi XPlorer but resistant to use it 
  
 Simple Gallery Pro: Oneplus Gallery app is prone to slowness. This handles the good basics smoothly. 20 rupees is cheap too. However Simple Apps was recently bought out so I won't recommend this unless you freeze updates for this 
  
 Obtainium: 3rd party app installer which even supports updating them

Lately there's a lot of negativity in general with layoffs, funding winter etc. PM as a function is one of the roles that's faced the brunt of it.

So this post is just to share our appreciation towards any product based out of India that we used/using daily to just create a bit of positivity in this environment.

Let me start with
1) Porter - Had to shift recently. Wonderful experience  managing the whole process through the app.
2) Urbanclap - Seemless process from booking a house cleaning service till the final rating and closure of request.
3) Yulu - Was stranded in a metro station with no Auto or bike taxis accepting my ride of 2 km. This came in as a savior with the app guiding a first time user to use a bike without breaking sweat.

Haven't watched any short/reels for 5 days straight feeling like a void inside. 

But its better, Watching reels/shorts would give a feeling of satisfaction because of the dopamine release.
So seeking other experiences for that dopamine hit. Life is getting better.

Today, designers often get inspired by apps designed for audiences outside of India, even though they are designing them for Indian consumers.

While working with MPL, I got the same issue in one of the discussions, and that fueled me to think about this idea to work on.

Back in 2023, I decided to get this ignited and have curated screenshots of 5–6 apps as well. I was ready to launch, but unfortunately faced some issues while deploying it. I didn’t get help from an expert, got busy with other work, and ultimately had to stop working on it.

However, a few weeks ago, someone asked me which was the best domain I owned, and I suddenly remembered Screenrepo. I had two options at that point: sell it or build it, and I decided to build it.

It is well until the addiction takes over,

Social media can never make you feel better, they are designed to lure you into unproductive expensive experiences
