Need your advice in selecting the companies I have received an offer from. Initially thought more offers the better , but it has become really confusing. . 
My priority is WLB>Growth>Salary
Data Engineer,5 yeo. 
Offers: 
ECOLAB (American MNC,work leader in chemical manufacturing) : 19.5fixed 21 CTC
Deloitte India: 18 fixed 20 CTC
EY India : 19 fixed 21 CTC
KPMG global services: 19 fixed 21 .5 CTC. 

Please help me with your inputs so i can make a better decision. 
+PS any folks working in shell here?

-1300 employees 

Inito(product based startup): 
30 + 2(esops over 4 years, so we can assume 30.5) 
-This got started in 2015 but still having only around 110 employees 
-Out of 110, 32 from IITs...so good people are there

can you guys please suggest which company to choose. main criteria is work culture and growth

Applied for consultant position in deloitte India power sector ( renewable  energy practice ) what should be the  min package I should demand  I have degree in power engineering I have  3 years of experience post Engineering.. I also done have MBA finance and this year 3 years( EY gds business modeling team ) post MBA. I will be completing  total 6 years of experience this July. Pls suggest

Offer A - Public company good brand name in US - 35 lpa fixed and 15 rsu. Role - senior engineer. Established product and team I think personal growth would be constant 

Offer B - startup - 50 lpa fixed. Role - staff engineer. Growth stage product , product needs to be established in market. 

Which one is good, considering 2-3 years timeframe and which one opens door for next job offers

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. 
My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). 
But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest?

Just saw my friend with 12LPA posting 50LPA to make others feel underpaid🤣🤣…don’t believe everyone here. 
 If you feel you are underpaid, switch. Seeing some unrealistic number? ignore.

I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company.

I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary.

Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon.

My experience, 1YOE UiUx,
Place- Delhi
Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office)

What they are offering is 
6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working)

And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job.


Is the offer good or what should I negotiate.
I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.

I am working as a Software Consultant in KPMG

I used to work in a early stage startup. Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?
