I had one account earlier and because of lack of policies at that time the account got deleted but this account was created using the company's email id and still it got deleted without even prior notice. Does anyone have any idea what to do now

Quite a lot of employers are posting online claiming to be hiring, but candidates seem to be not getting any response after sending email/DM to that HR who posted. 
  
 I myself have applied to an entry level opening at a very well known and establish vehicles related product company. Literally entry level role with 6 months to 1.5yr YoE (I have 1YoE), yet I've not got any response. And they keep reposting the same opening over and over and over, to the point where I feel they are actually not hiring, but just updating their hiring work quotas as they were lazy AF HRs all through the FY23-24.

One of my clients is facing an issue with publishing apps.

On the Google play store they received the message - Violation
Privacy policy in Google Play User Data policy: Invalid privacy policy URL
Details
Your app’s privacy policy does not meet necessary policy requirements. Under the User Data policy, you must link to a privacy policy on your app's store listing page and within your app. Apps that do not access any personal and sensitive user data must still submit a privacy policy.
Please add or update your privacy policy, and make sure it is available on an active URL (no PDFs), is non-editable, applies to your app, and specifically covers user privacy.
Please review the following compliance checklist for privacy policies. Your privacy policy must:
Be linked on your app’s store listing page in Play Console and within the app itself.
Hold reference to the entity (for example, developer, company) named in the app’s Google Play listing or the app.
Include a clear labeling as a privacy policy.
Be readable in a standard browser without any plug-ins or special handlers (no PDFs).
Be available on an active, publicly accessible and non-geofenced URL.
Be non-editable.
Comprehensively disclose how your app accesses, collects, uses, and shares user data. This must include:
Disclosing the types of personal and sensitive user data your app accesses, collects, uses, and shares; and any parties with which any personal or sensitive user data is shared.
Secure data handling procedures for personal and sensitive user data.

(I drafted the policy and am sure it's not lacking anywhere)

And on the Chrome Extension, they straight away got the message -
Your developer account was suspended from the Chrome Web Store for publishing items that were engaged in malicious activities harmful to users. Given the nature of this violation your account will not be reinstated.

This post is for my close friend. 

He is a Senior IOS Developer with over 7 Years of work-ex in SWIFT, CoCoa and Objective C.
Current CTC - 23

His company has announced mass layoffs throughout the organization. He cannot sit idle as he has multiple financial responsibilities and people dependant on him.

He has given 2 interviews now for Microsoft, Walmart, but not selected in 2/3 Rd rounds.
Not getting calls now even after applying and connecting with HR and referrals in MNC's also. (Probably because of the current market conditions)

Need advice on what we should do next as time is running out as well as patience. 

Also any leads would be appreciated. If you know someone in IOS, application development, for Pune Banglore location, please let me know. Thank you.

Hey folks ! So, I'm a dev with less than 2 years of experience working for a service-based company. Our management dropped a bomb on us - a super tight deadline project that's like building a freaking Paytm for an entire country in less than a year! 
 
The pressure is intense, and the higher-ups are always pushing us to go faster, take ownership, and deliver like superheroes. But here's the kicker - we don't have any Business Analysts (BA) on our team. Nope, we have to rely on the client's BAs for all the requirements. And let me tell you, these guys can be frustratingly clueless at times!
 
To make matters worse, our Scrum Master only cares about finishing sprints and doesn't give a damn about proper planning. Talk about chaos! And here's the icing on the cake - most of us devs are still fresh in the industry, with less than 2 years of experience. Oh, and did I mention that the client seems to have a personal vendetta against me?
 
I'm reaching out to you , for some advice on how to survive this madness. Any tips, tricks, or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated! SOS!

Here's mine at my previous job. A collegue of mine was fired for smoking weed in the bathroom. He got back to his laptop and he was high as fuck, I am pretty sure he didn't even understand why he was getting fired.
