Using AI to apply for jobs!

Hey folks, What methodology do you follow when you want to apply for a job? Like is it cold mailing, career pages , stalking hr , Glassdoor, naukri , linkedin, etc. What is your strategy and how do you track it. What is the success % (converted,interview,total applied)

Shitty and frustrated feeling - I have been applying for the better part of the year on LinkedIn (Premium) btw, for over 500+ roles on LinkedIn across various companies for a role in Business Intelligence, is it shitty for everyone out there or just me? Got couple of interviews then ghosted, what the f**k is happening? Is it just me? Please guide; our thoughts

I have 3 years of experience in frontend. I usually look for jobs by creating profile on Naukri and expecting calls from recruiters. Also, I apply directly on company portals. My question to the grapevine community is how should I find good companies? What I usually do is search up great places to work list or top tech companies on G2. I also apply based on LinkedIn jobs / posts about openings and from Instahyre and Wellfound. Sometimes I do ask for referrals. Is there any other ways to look up on good tech companies? What do other grapeviners do?

Folks who are giving interviews these days, which companies are you interviewing for ? Also what is the method of getting the interview ? Did recruiter reach out to you on LinkedIn, or you applied on a company portal and got the call or did you ask for a referral ?

Hey folks, I'm currently working as a Data Scientist with 2.8 yr experience. I've been working mostly in predictive analytics and have some experience in NLP as well. I wish to switch to a product based company with NLP as a focus. The issue is the requirement of NLP experience which I feel I lack. I'm ready to learn/practice apart from work and gain required knowledge. How can I get through resume selection to interviews?

I'm incredibly frustrated with LinkedIn's job application process. It seems like the job tab never works effectively, and I wonder if others share my experience. Despite applying to jobs using the "Easy Apply" and directly on company websites with a well-crafted resume and complete information, I've never received a response. I question the authenticity of these job postings and whether HR professionals actually review the applications. If they do, what is their process? How do they sift through the numerous applications? It feels like my efforts are in vain, and the lack of feedback is disheartening.

Looking for recommendations where HR's reply is faster/processing of application is faster.

According to my research, some of these tools are way out of my budget. looking for cheap if not free tools to apply for jobs. Tired of manually applying for hundreds of jobs and not getting calls. Any other suggestions or alternatives are also highly appreciated!

Does applying for jobs in different company websites, LinkedIn or naukri really work? Has anyone received call that way? Have been trying to switch since two months and applied for a lot of them, got only one call that too from naukri after recruiter visited my profile on their own.
