How to get hired as a Senior Software Engineer?

I know the market is a bit dull these days for senior engineers. Still some folks are getting jobs successfully. So reaching out to the Community here to know what worked for everyone ?

For example

  • Reaching out to Recruiters on LinkedIn
  • Reaching out to Hiring Managers
  • Getting referrals etc..

I think senior roles are more than the freshers one.
Apply, apply and apply. Use all available platform to apply like Linkedin, instahyre, cutshort, top hire etc. if you are applying >50 companies then I guess you would get 5-10 companies call for the interview process

Absolutely. Recently got hired in a MNC at 5yoe. Law of large numbers works here too.
