Hi everyone , i am currently working as 1yr exp dev working in startup which recently had taken series of layoffs . Though i am saved i now am trying my best to switch but sadly not getting response. Please suggest few strategies. I have already tried commons ones like cold mails , linkedin , naukri , insta hyre, recruiting agenices etc. . I apply a lot but dont recieve any response.
