Weightloss
Hi guys, Both me and my wife weight between 100-105 kg. Oru baby is 1 year old. We want to loose weight but we can hardly access gym due to tight schedule. We both have fatty liver , wife has got gall bladder stone and she is a feeding mother. We want to reach first milestone around 80-85 kg which was out weight 2 years back. Is there any free app to plan and guide weightloss. We heard like calorie deficit diet can help. Also cutting down the sugar and junk food. Any thoughts?
To start with, pick out healthier options to eat and maintain atleast 13 hour gap between dinner and breakfast.
This should drop 3-5 kg in the first 4 weeks.

This is very useful OP. Finish dinner by 7 and then don’t eat till breakfast. Do all your eating between 10 and 7. Hydrate well before sleeping else you’ll be constipated. This is a sustainable way to achieve calorie deficit and you’ll see results very soon. Also eat low calorie food and the deficit will accelerate. Mix this up with exercise, needless to say.
You cant control what you cant measure
just start tracking calories with any of apps ( i use loseit, or healthifyme).
Try to keep it below 2k for a start, eventually youll find your way around it.
Measure weight alternate day, same philosophy
Everybody is giving u the right advice but what's sustainable for you that you should decide. It's not hard but you need certain fundamentals to understand. I would advise you to watch hypertroph channel's fat loss series to get the fundamentals then decide on the approach. Loosing 20kg can be done in a year.
brother, don't be so hard on urself. Try to cut the sugar like reduce coffee tea juice cool drink consumption. Walk regularly morning and evening. Whenever u r on call just walk and talk. Try to do stretches.. Eat healthy food, avoid outside food. Try to replace calorie foods with raw fruits, sprouts, boiled veggies.. Drink luke warm water with honey, in empty stomach in morning. These r simple yet effective. I tried this and it worked well for me..
This might help. There is a female version of this app as well. Concists of simple exercises ypu can do at home without needing proper equipment most of the time.
