May I know the designation hierarchy for TCS? Also with 10years experience which is the best or possible designation does they provide ?
ASET -> ASE -> SE -> SSE -> ITA -> Assistant consultant -> Consultant after this there are some position like team leader, project manager, program manager, delivery manager, group head, ISU head, VP and president then C level officers. On technical end Architect, solution architect, enterprise architect kind of position is also there
TCS hierarchy starts from Associate, then Senior Associate, Team Lead, Project Manager, and Senior Manager. With 10 years, you might aim for Project Manager, but it varies.
Anyone knows what is the process in TCS to get the grade from C1 to C2 showing overall experience as 4 years. In TCS i have 2 years as of today. Please guide if someone knows how to apply for C2 grade and eligibility criteria for the same.
Got an offer for C3A role (total yoe - 9.8yrs) for 26lpa.
