I judge a lot based on how smooth the hiring and interview process is. If the HR is keeping me in loop in every round, if there are proper invites, whether the interviewer is late, whether they take time to introduce themselves instead of starting to fire questions at me like a labour and have a superiority complex. A good interview will always feel like a conversation and not a question answer round. Lastly whether or not they care enough to have read my resume in advance and also of they invite me to ask questions. Shitty places don’t realise interview is a TWO way process and I’m analyzing them too. If they fail at any of these metrics for me, I move on.
