So on reddit there is a community called desi fragrance addicts. People post their queries regarding fragrances and buy based on other people's personal experiences. Due to that, there is a lot of trust over there. But House Of X has been exploiting that trust. They make an account and keep posting in every comment how their perfume brand blanko is good. Normally a person after seeing an advert,knows that they are exaggerating but if the review comes from a trusted one, they tend to believe it. This is what they have been exploiting.

This influencer with a massive following on YouTube laid me & my team off within a week of hiring since apparently they have deferred their Series A. Bro, why didn't you figure it out before I joined. They bumped off Sourcing, D2C sales head, Finance, Offline Sales head, etc as well. Apparently - they still have the HR head drawing the salary of probably more than 50L pa since they need to build 'culture' for a team size of less than 25 ppl now.

Help me figure this out because up till now it seems like all my decisions were wrong.

New job, new city, fresher.
Found a single occupancy in a pre occupied 2BHK in my budget, and as per my preferences. Had to shift in the middle of the month. Since the room I am supposed to get is occupied by someone else(X), the landlord suggested that I adjust in the hall area for the half month and then I would shift to the room from October. 
I was okay with this, and under the impression that X is also okay with this arrangement. Mind that X is not present in the flat, X has been away since a month. The other two flatmates (Y, Z) in the other room are also okay with this. 
I have given deposit of 20k to the landlord. 
Now X comes back today, starts a fight with me straightaway, starts throwing my things. X says that the hall is common space and since X is paying rent I cannot be there, X only wants their friend to take that room, and a million other things. X is the most problematic person I've ever come across. Bhagwaan jane kaun isse shadi karega. Y, Z back me up. We speak to the landlord and he scolds X. 
Now although X has verbally agreed to moving out at the end of the month, what if X refuses to move out? Mera toh agreement bhi nahi bana hai.. 
I should prolly start looking for flats 😵

Update : X has just returned from having a fantastic weekend, while I'm resting in the hall with a badly twisted foot (fml). X is talking to their partner loudly, desperately clearly trying to irritate me 🤡🤬 Abse is ghar ka naam bigg boss hai aur I will give updates regularly. bc ab toh single bhi feel ho raha hai aur gussa bhi aa rha hai

Hello, I am 25 year old right now and I had started planning to buy a house  the reason is currently I live in village (located in Bihar) the problem is communication with this village is not very great so going any big city like Bangalore(via plane), Delhi (via train) from my home takes at least 24 hours because of break journey. No good hospitals in radius of 100 KM ( there are hospitals in range of 20-25 km but those are not so great no emergency services and government hospitals are useless). 
So am I planning too early? 
How much should I make to fulfill my dream in next 2-3 years ? 
What location should I choose? Patna or any tier 1 city like Bangalore/Hyderabad/pune/Gurgaon ? Patna is well connected to all other cities and having good basic facilities. But my job mostly will be in big cities (currently doing wfh).

If anyone is real estate expert here can you please tell how much amount required to own a house like in tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 cities. You can tell me the range.

Ps- just thinking to own a small house of 2-3 rooms don’t want to buy apartments.

🔒 Credentials revoked, told client issues. New guy in team, no intro, he got my creds.

📊 Reporting shifted to HR, no work assigned, sensed possible layoff.

🚫 No communication, red flag, forced office visit despite injury.

💰 Salary received, PF deducted, no passbook data, doubtful deposit.

🔄 Y offered better opportunity, hid X on resume, got and accepted offer.

❓ Should I have told Y about X? Concerned:
1. Tell now, they may understand or revoke.
2. Keep quiet, can they find out later via background check?

🤷‍♂️ Policies differ, but it's about people, not policies—understand or do shit.

LinkedIn: X-> 300-400, Y -> ~4000 (layoffs recently, so numbers might decrease).
