Hi, can anyone help how much time does Salesforce India takes to release the offer letter. I got verbal communication from HR about the selection for the role of MTS, but nothing after that. Workday also showing the application in consideration state.

After 7 rounds of interview and waiting for 2 months of time. Congratulations this position has gone on hold.

I gave 2 rounds of interview at Deloitte recently. 3 days later, I got a mail about asking for different documents to submit including payslips. I submitted the documents with in 2 days. But did not received any update from them from last 2 weeks. 

When I called the HR who used to called me for interviews she told we will schedule HR round for you in someday. But when I called her again after someday she told the position is now on hold. What does this mean. Am I not considered now?

Hey HRs of grapevine, what do you mean when you email an interviewee that their profile is on hold? What could be the reason?

What does it mean for the profile to be on hold?

I laid off last week and getting call for interview . They ask me notice period. 
Should I tell them that I am immediate joinee and tell the reason as laid off?
Will it make negative impact for inital screening?

My preferable answers will be from HR or person who laid off in past

How many rounds of technical interviews are there? How long does it take for releasing offer letter?

Hi, the company HR said that it is in the approval process and will come in 1-2 days, then after 1-2 days he said due to some technical glitch in the system it didn't come again it is submitted for approval.  Told me he is on top of it and do not worry about it.

Hello Friends, Can anyone has experience when accenture team will connect after submitting govt id and 3 month salary slip? 

My interview has been conducted at 9 may 2024. They have declared my result like that
“We're excited that you've reached the next milestone in your recruitment journey at Accenture.”
I have uploaded the gov id and salary slip 24th may 2024. But they did not connect yet. My application is showing active category status is interview.

Please let me know anyone facing this issue & they have sorted out the issue. When will i get HR call?

I have been interviewing with Microsoft since late March 2024, possibly for an SE2 position.
There is no HR involved. Engineers/Managers from Washington and Hyderabad call me or email me and schedule my interviews.

Round 1 (Mar last week): Technical
Round 2 (Apr first week): Technical
Round 3 (Apr 2nd week): Technical
Round 4 (Apr last week): HM

Surpisingly, there is a round 5.
Round 5 (May second week): Technical/HM

My 5th interviewer said that there is going to be a 6th round of interview as well, by the manager of 5th interviewer. He also said, "Hoping that we will work together soon."

As of the date of writing this post, my 5th interview was almost 3 weeks ago. I asked my 5th interviewer for an update and I got a response saying:

"Sorry for the delayed response. I was so busy with many work items. At the moment we are on hold and we will reach out to you once we have the confirmation."

After my 3rd round of interview, there was a gap of 2 weeks as well, and upon aksing my 3rd round of interviewer about an update of my candidature, he told me something similar. It did upset me but I did have a 4th round as well.

Given Microsoft is hiring a lot right now, I feel confused why my candidature is on hold. I feel very frustrated and desperate for the offer.

Because I am new to this, I would appreciate if anyone here, can help me with their experience ,what could be going on?

PS: All my interviewes were extreamly well.

Hi team recently gave interview @walmart 4 rounds including hm. They said feedback was good before the Hm round. Not sure afterwards haven’t heard back for 2 days after HM round. called the hr and she said she’ll call back she didn’t.

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲
It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

Weird recruiter experiences

Asked for my expected CTC. I answered and they weren't happy with it. Said they could only give at 40% increment of current CTC and then asked for my current CTC. After hearing my current CTC they said I shouldn't be earning this much and that I was obviously making it up. Then asked to send over my salary payslip which I refused. Basically the HR started being extremely rude at this point stating that I was being unprofessional. I asked their salary budget for the role which they refused to answer. Then I asked if they were willing to hire me for a lower CTC which she instantly agreed and said she knew I was reasonable and I shouldn't have lied about my CTC. I then said good luck finding a candidate for that amount and hung up.

Hello All,

I got the call from person in infosys and she discussed with me regarding the job I applied for and asked about my ctc notice period and everything. She asked weather I will be available on 6th july for interview or not and asked the time slot as well. And one day before her call I got a survey form for interview availability and I fill that form. The person who called me said that I will get the invite mail for interview one day before the interview that is 5th july. But on 5th I did not recieve any mail from them. May I know what may the reason for this. Please provide me some details if you have any idea. Much appreciate
