Hi guys,

I received a call from Accenture recruitment team for my HR round interview on 24th June and it was scheduled on 28th June but it was not appearing on the Accenture portal and hence no interview was happened.

Same is happening again. I received a call from Accenture team on 3rd July for my HR round interview and it is scheduled on 15 July but the thing is that, it is not appearing on the Accenture portal again.

So, is anyone facing the same issue in Accenture recruitment process. And what can be done to resolve this issue.

My job request ID is changing continuously in Accenture. What does it mean?

I have appeared for 2 technical interviews till now and am getting calls for the HR round but not receiving any email invite and my Job request ID has changed for the 3rd time now.

What's happening here, can anyone please let me know if you have any update on this?

I was interviewed at Accenture last month and was informed, my skill round is through. They scheduled a managerial round for me but later cancelled. Then onwards I keep getting a call from them that they want to schedule my MR and I agree for whatever date they ask me to come. But they never send interview invite. I even called back the HRs and they keep saying we will check and reschedule. No response from their candidate query mail  also.

Hi friends,

I have recently applied at Accenture

First round: the interviewer said, I should apply for a lower experience profile

Second round: it was very very good and she even mentioned that I need to upload my documents

After that my scheduler ghosted me..... She is not answering my calls. 

The status on the recruitment site says, contact the recruiter. 


As the scheduler is not answering, I dailed the help line.  I was asked to wait for some more time. 

It's been almost 3 weeks. 

Can someone tell if this is an usual procedure at Accenture?????

Hi,

End of last year I was ‘selected’ through campus placements at Accenture. I had recieved a confirmation letter and they got my location preference and documents.

Now it is going to be almost a year but I’m still yet to receive an offer letter.

Yesterday I was scrolling through Instagram reels when I came across another individual sharing a similar story. Many people in the comment section also voiced similar issues. 

Can anyone working at Accenture find out the reason behind this and help solve this issue for me personally?

I have attended final round of interview 7 days back in Accenture for Program management lead and did not get any notification yet. If I was not selected I think I might get a mail. I checked with the HR as well they said they have haven’t got any feedback yet. I am confused whether it was rejected or position was on hold or how much time it will take?  . I cleared both rounds for Accenture in June. But haven’t got the HR call since. Spoke to the scheduler and he mentioned that both rounds are clear and profile is active. And I must get a call from HR. Any idea why this happened. Generally Accenture hands the offer pretty quick. Anyone facing same issues?

Is there any change in the Accenture recruitment process for Experienced. Are they not conducting the HR/MR round now and sending the offer letter directly to the candidates?

How many rounds of technical interviews are there? How long does it take for releasing offer letter?

I cleared accenture interview and they asked me for salary slips and pan card. I submitted that in the portal and its been more than one week nothing has come from their side..what could be the reason and is there any way to contact them?

So During our scum calls with client my manager  gives update for whole team himself and doesnt let us update on the task which we have worked on ourself . Mf just grabs all the glory  in pursuit for good feedback from client side   meanwhile he does nothing technical  and during internal meeting he says you guys should speak more with client  and ALSO he ask for everyone's update on task before scrum and then pokes why is it not done even on task whose estimated completion  date/time is far away. 

So annoying and frustating .

Just a rant from your average software dev . 
Do give any solution you might have . 🙂

Why Accenture HRs dont pick phone calls, dont reply over email after releasing offer letter?

Whats wrong with Accenture HRs

When will Accenture give on boarding to the candidates.
Recently , I heard that the Company is giving most of the on boarding process quickly to girls only. Is there a rightful reason behind it ?
What about the boys who are on the same level but seeing their peers going to the company and earning salaries but they are staying at home ?
