Companies that I would never apply to again.

Applied to Adobe for MTS2 got a rejection mail saying we have rejected your profile for computer scientist 2. Never applying to Adobe again.

Applied to innovacer got a rejection mail from an self entitled HR with BBA degree from Amity. Your resume is not good enough.

Instead of getting insecure, why not try to figure out whats missing? Don't understand the need to bash the people based on their degrees. Shows judgemental behavior on your part

Not bashing someone based on their degree but on competence and work. Innovacer has a policy where they reply back on application within one day. I messaged the HR on LinkedIn about the role. Got a reply within like 4hrs. Seemed to me it was definitely rejected by a person who does not understand technology. My profile was decent enough for their profile and opening.

Usually HR is the messenger, its the hiring manager who may have found the profile not good enough. But yes, the HR saying not good enough instead of “not the right fit/not what we are looking for and we encourage you to apply in future” is showing that they did BBA from amity and didn’t learn the right things they need for this job

Accenture. They give it in writing that they are in the process of releasing offer letter and they don’t do that. Happened with me pre-covid times, they took 2-3 rounds of interviews, confirmed by email that I am all good, asked to upload documents, and then assured that offer letter will be released soon, everything in writing. But that never happened. Later on, I came across one of their HR’s job vacancy post where many folks were complaining of the same in comments section. Since that incident, I never apply, say no the moment someone says the name.
