Whats wrong with Accenture HRs
Why Accenture HRs dont pick phone calls, dont reply over email after releasing offer letter?
Hiring Process is horrible at Accenture. Endure if you have patience or move on.
I attended an interview at Accenture. It was a day long face to face interview. I got selected from a pool of 50 candidates. It was 7 PM already. I was really happy though it was late. They again sent a mail to attend another virtual interview. That's it. No update after that. I have mailed them several times. No response at all. I thought it might for a good cause and moved on.
The hiring process literally horrible in accenture. I think your case is far better than mine mate. You have an offer in your. I don't even have that.
My advice would be to use that offer a counter offer when you apply for another organization. If you don't get any offer then stick with Accenture only.
Paid less, overworked
Its not Accenture only, it's a general thing for all HR's
I got selected 2 times. I cleared all the interview rounds but never received the offer letter. These guys simply waste your time.
