Write down your issues and solution for each issue.
Sort those by priority and timeframe.
And execute.
Fall, get up, repeat.
Track is an illusion. Life is meant to move in a branched manner. A branch now may feel off but u can always branch out by making different choices. Once u start doing that, just have patience.

I get it. But this moment will also pass and so will your perspective. It’s strange but everyone has these moments at times where they feel like life is going nowhere and everywhere at the same time. I guess it’s the price we pay for being so smart as oppose to animals. Self talk urself to let this time pass and make small changes which can open up new pathways in near future.
