What should I do with my m1 mac air
I got laid off in November so I bought a m1 mac air as I didn’t have a personal laptop. Now I got a job and I don’t see myself using this laptop at all. I feel like I should have bought an ipad as I lt can be used for writing too.
Suggest me if I should sell it or keep it or anything else I can do with it

This personal laptop is gonna serve well for next 5 years whether you switch job, get laid off, or startup.
It's like how you do need a personal email although you have a work email that can get you through most of the things for the time being.
While your work laptop has no restrictions, your employer can start tracking anytime and use anything available to scape goat you for no fault of yours. Separation is healthy.
How about just getting a ipad with pen and keyboard? Isn’t it just like a personal laptop? At max I would use it for leetcode or some small projects which is ok with a ipad
