Want to get into a better routine - be productive at work, eat mindfully, workout now and then. Wanted to check what you guys do to stay disciplined - any mental models or apps that I could use?

fellow engineers, what tools or hacks are you guys following to be more productive? i am using todoist and keep notes to keep track of my tasks but often missing them and not able to be consistent as there are tons of tasks to get done which require atleast 3-4 subtasks. i have tried pen+paper, it is a little better, but still looking for some better options, please help me out!

Gadgets? Furniture? Apps? Frameworks? Mindset? Fitness? What all did you try and what worked for you? Any communities that you can suggest for productivity and resources.

Future of work is making these AI your assistant. They are turning out to be even better assistant than many bright interns from tier 1 colleges. All you need is great promoting skills and you will be better than the most. GitHub copilot + gpt4 + Microsoft copilot for excel, PowerPoint, word is simply mind blowing.
