Whats your weirdest or funniest dating app incident?
Probably most of you people might have used dating apps and there is no way that you have not had such an incident while using dating apps, so spill the tea and entertain everyone on the weekend😂.
I will go first:
So when I installed the dating app for the first time, I had no idea what to write in the bio, so I changed the looking for filter to man and women both and I started swiping left on men but was seeing what they are writing in bio and after some time I closed the app and forgot to change the filter and after 1 day I found out that I had 83 right swipes on my profile. Now I am scared that I hope no one of my knowing would have seen my profile warna gay samjne lagege😭
P.S. I used to use this question as an ice breaker and the response rate was 100%😂

Not weird. Saw a girl on hinge, gave a funny reply to her prompt and got matched. We both talked for 2 days. And we both didn't saw each other's residential area. My hinge account was new so it was by default set to 160km range, I was in Pune back then and I didn't change the range. She was from Mumbai. She thought that I was too. Then we talked and talked. Only later to unmatch.

Weird+funny : matched with a girl in blr, asked her out. She asked if she can bring a friend, i said sure I'll bring one too (after first wave lockdowns had eased, not a lot of people were going out). I asked another friend I'd met through bumble to join me for it.
On the day of plan: turns out she invited two of her female friends , i was expecting one. So it was me with 4 women in a quiet bar with mostly dudes all staring at me 😂
We all went back to my place afterwards because it started raining hard and one of the girls got too drunk to go back home (mine was closest). Thankfully flatmates weren't home and the place was empty.
Awkward and unexpected situation lol, but it was still fun overall. Met a few more times after that , but not in touch with them anymore after I left blr.
