When was the last time you broke down?
Hi, I’ve been feeling a lot overwhelmed lately and haven’t been able to cry (watching Tamasha on the week didn’t work either). I wanna know when and why the last time you broke down.
Remind yourself that you've made it this far. I try to be resilient but I find myself breaking down more often than not. I just have to keep pushing through because there's no other choice than to keep going.
You can try journalling about what you're feeling if you can't find someone to share these thoughts with. Also, gratitude helps, like being grateful you didn't have to worry about your next meal, a bed for sleep etc. You'll realise that you're still better off than many people. And remember that tough times create strong men.
Hi, thank you so much for your insights. I realise my privilege and if ever I’ve become arrogant, the universe has always brought me back to my place :)
I share things with my partner but reluctant after a point.
Never tried journaling, how do I start? Should I give myself small goals? Or write about things that are bothering me? Thank you

I had a mental breakdown about 6 months ago with a lot of issues at that time such as fighting with family and Work stress. I even had suicidal thoughts as well but was able to sort it out by giving some time fot my self by going on a solo trip.
I would suggest the same to you as well.
Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. Hope things have worked out for better for you. 🫂
As a man, it gets really difficult to cry even when you are faced with a lot of things. I have experienced it too like it was easy during my teens but now it’s extremely hard to even get 1 tear.
Go into an empty big room. Close everything, sleep straight and hear songs similar to this

Keep your eyes closed and think about all the things that has been wrong with your life recently and maybe it should work.
Don’t know how religious you are but this thought helped me to retrospect my life when I was anxious about job and everything

Hi, thank you for your insight. The video you’ve shared is very beautiful. Shrimad Bhagwat Gita has all the answers.
