Your best source to know more on these will be senior compliance officers from banks like ICICI, HDFC and AXIS. You can meet some of these via Linkedin and also follow SEBI, RBI Sites for any more checks .

Security - Most Important - PCI-DSS License.
SOC License L3
Certification - ISO !!!
Navi - Need NBFC/SLA with banks and AMFI License - Association of mutual funds of India.
Zerodha - SEBI License .
