Spotify being one of the most loved brands has come down to this, and no wonder! We've seen popular brands being poorly rated en masse as part of agenda driven boycott campaigns, but what we see here is more of a genuine disappointment with the product by its users with its recent update.

Assuming someone on the Product side decided to rip off all the features of a basic music player to drive growth in the form of paid subscriptions, Growth additionally will also have to handle the poor Playstore ratings as the outcome.

What do you think should Spotify start doing from here? Not asking from a user's perspective (I know we all want free music without their annoying ads) but from a business perspective.

2d back, i said to someone that u r safe until a senior intern(workex with low pkg) or AI can't replace u...saw that happening...swiggy replacing sdes 1-4 by ase from witch and senior interns.

🚀 If I would have been the CEO...I will charge a bit extra for swiggy one, raise few inr on platform fees and keep those employees safe. ( I got free swiggy one subscription from last 1y) 

Employees should be like family else why will anyone join them again? Put yourself in laid off employees with huge emis of home, car and may be Europe tour. They should provide therapy alongwith 3-6m severance also.

They are failing to deliver the value but they are trying to show fake growth and raising money showing higher valuation. So the basic game is numbers you have the valuation but zero value to deliver and their Zepto pass is a bigger scam to fool customers. God bless minds of VCs and investors because they fall for such traps and spill money like crazy on such startups.

Zepto is a mirage too! Raising money just for the hype in quick commerce.
