 1. Technical recruiter, she asked me random questions on JS and few on performance optimisations 
 2. Hiring Manager, Was mainly checking the LLD part 
 3. Senior Software Engg, That was mixed of Design, JS + CSS fundamentals and Some Behavioural Questions also

I’m about to receive an offer with zoom for Web UI (ZP3) position. 
My questions:
1) What is the comp zoom offers for ZP3 position, What can I ask for?
2)How is WLB and job stability at zoom?
3) How is growth and learning?
4) Will it be safe to move from walmart Global Tech to Zoom given the current market?

YOE: 6+
current compensation annually: 32LPA

I about to receive an offer from zoom for ZP3 (~SDE3) Position in  Bangalore. So far I have received the below numbers. Please help me to take the decision: 

Fixed+  Retairal = 37LPA
Bonus = 3LPA
Stocks = 85000$ vested over 4years (each year 25% )
Annual compensation = 57LPA (37+3+17) 

current company: Walmart Global Tech

Getting an offer from Western Union Pune. 

Profile: ~7 yoe, ~3.5 in product 

But the company is really lowballing on CTC, offering almost just as much as current company and saying that we can't go beyond this.

Overall, I am considering this offer due to personal reasons (closer to family).


Want to know 2 things:
