In my opinion, the top paymasters for designers in India are multinational tech giants like Google, Microsoft, and Adobe. Indian startups like Swiggy, Zomato, and Flipkart also pay well. However, remember, a high salary is just one aspect. Look for companies that value design and provide opportunities for growth. Money isn't everything, passion and job satisfaction are equally important.
This is outdated information. Are you a product designer? Google pays below market for most IC roles, so does Flipkart. Microsoft and Adobe are okay. Best is Salesforce followed by Uber and Atlassian.
