Name companies doing PIPs
Hey guys Name the companies doing PIP so that people can know which companies are doing PIPs.

Myntra has been silently carrying out the Layoffs since last year under the name of PIP.
Atleast performance ka bahana de rahe hai. There are companies who are silent firing based on the reason that you are not a cultural fit for the organisation!
Same here as well. But only thing. If they can't fire you using PIP. They're trying to use Cultural fit as reason and doing the mental harassment to get rid of you.
Happens everywhere. I joined Google recently as a SWE TL & I sense my manager is trying to manage me out. They are trying to kick out anyone who is paid well for their level.
Myntra got hit badly with Ajio getting into fashion. Plus these days Amazon and others like Meesho are doing pretty well in fashion impacting Myntra. Their app is pretty annoying with notifications that you can swipe away easily. Too bloated like in the case of Cred.
Yes. Since the pandemic started it's ajio came to picture with reliance going aggressively for online fashion e-commerce via ajio push and at the same Myntra is not changing with the time. Using old tactics like twice the big sale and not focusing on innovation and finding ways to reach new customers.
Same in MakeMyTrip
First they push their employees so much to the edge, overwork them, causing them to burnout, after that they put them under pip.
Yes. How are things currently at the Ajio?
It's good so far. Hope it treats me well in the future as well. I joined there very recently only, after serving 2 horrible years at Myntra.
