Help Needed

Hi guys, I'm thinking of starting interview prep but not able to get motivation for doing so. My current company has slowly started becoming toxic and the pay disparity among the employees of same level is huge. Although the pay thing was not a major issue few months back, the toxicity has started affecting me. Now coming back to the point, being in bangalore, doing daily WFO, I'm not able to find time during weekdays and on weekends either I'm exhausted or occupied with some household work. Can you guys please drop in your tips on how guys pull off preparing while working? PS: I'm currently working as an SDE 2 and looking for senior SDE 2 roles.

Hello all, I really need help from the past, 2 years my salary is 20 k only in MNC they are not increasing working for 12 hrs a day, so much micro management If you are sick you can't take leave or not give National holidays also by saying that your client Is from the USA preparing the roasters accordingly. Hi my buddies. I am facing a big problem with my company work from office rules. My wife is a government teacher in village which is in Bihar. And as a IT professional i am working in Banglore where the company is a service based company which is paying me 13.08 LPA . But made compulsory to come to office 2 days a week. For that only I am loving here not able to concentrate on my job and the family. Just 4 months back I got married. Could you please help me to guide with any solution for this🙏

Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Mostly getting bug fixing or some small feature implementation. I feel like I am not learning anything new. Can you guys suggest me what should I do in this situation as a new grad. I am a Salesforce Developer working from last 4 years. Now I am bored at WFH setup But my work timings are from 12PM - 10PM. Can't get involved in any kind of hobbies, learning etc Felt like I am just wasting my bachelor time Should I join office in Tier 1 city or should I continue with WFH If I move to city I need to manage my meeting and work which would be extra burden on me.

Adulting is hard!! Saturday and Sunday just went in a jiffy by attending to chores.... Friday nights don't excite me anymore. I couldn't play my pc games anymore😭 Everyone is busy!!! And definitely these dating apps are worse! Many racist for dusky guys.... Saving money just happens to standstill... Nothing excites me anymore.. Any solutions??
