Japan is absolute worse when it comes to work culture. Much worse than India. They glorify working overtime and are basically robots anyway.
Also culturally they are the most messed up. Dont have sex, dont have kids, all their porn is with girl nit giving consent. Their most watched reality show is a guy who is locked up naked and hungry and has to do task to get food and cloth. Glorify committing suicide, cause "honour". Really messed up people.

India better than Sweden? They have mandatory leaves of 1 month. You can transfer maternity and paternity to each other and 100 other great labour laws. I have worked on independence day and Gandhi jayanti in India in some company. This is absolute BS.
