#Cognizant questions
I am yet to attend hr round in cognizant, i have 90 days of NP, can anyone please guide me the package that i can expect with 6 yrs of experience
I know Cognizant is a very famous and well-known company, but its employees do not seem to be happy. I have cleared the final round there, and I am in talks about my package. However, I heard somewhere that they do not give very good increments. Upon digging some more, I found out that its ex-employees leave very bad reviews everywhere. However, it is a leading company in the tech field, so it can’t be working without keeping its employees happy, right? I am looking for some genuine advice and reviews of this company. Should I join?
