At HeyCoach (EdTech Startup), we often find ourselves managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Is it advisable to achieve moderate results across all tasks, or should we prioritize fewer responsibilities to deliver exceptional outcomes?

I am planning to switch to a tier 1 company. I have 3yrs experience in product based company. I am planning to take some structured course to fast track the preparation. Is hey coach really worth it, because from my research I have found that they have very effective marketing team and they take down any negative.

Hi Wanted an opinion on how do you all tackle the assignment bit when it comes to assignments as part of hiring processes. One, how regular or normal is it at senior positions ? And two, I feel that a lot of times they just ask you to do everything that is expected of the job. Eg: Create a marketing strategy after analyzing landscape and top 3 competitors. Add graphs etc. I always have a concern of getting most out of you. Since its at round 1 they would be getting multiple such assignments, which means by design lpt of this work will be a waste and lots of inputs freely sourced. How do you all handle it ? Can you push back ? P.S: Am from business/ marketing aide of things and not sure of how it works for techies/ product.

I'm a fresher who just joined my company, and I want to take learnings from the experienced folks here on this platform, It would be helpful for any fresher here on this platform. Any kind of advice regarding anything are welcome 🤗

I work at an early stage startup, I absolutely love my work and have enough learning opportunities. But still there are many things not covered by my job description, and I want to spend a couple of hours daily learning those. The problem is that since it's very early stage, there's always an overload of work and I either don't find time, or am too exhausted to focus on studying. Over the last month I've managed to carve out time for gym, but self study seems like a farther goal. How to manage? P.s. it's remote so there's no time going to commute

I have been on this journey for a long time now. Lots of failure comes with loads of learning. I’ve been working in a startup since last 8 months and I am exhausted. The team size is around 30 (frontend and backend). Some weekends are working too and there’s nothing like timings. I am left with nothing but just work, no other activities and no social life. Is it same with everyone working at a startup? Curious to know Ps - it is a work from office job!
