Accenture In-hand salary

Hi All, I have received an offer from accenture CTC- 1,548,800 Fixed component - 1,280,000 Variable component - 2,68,800

I have two questions:

1.) What is the salary range for a React.js developer having 3+ years of experience.

2.) Also what will be my in hand salary if I decide to join accenture.

For 3 years of experience, as per market standards package(fixed comp) can range from 15L to 18L. In hand for fixed comp of the given compensation amount will be around 95-98k

As for the bonus you can expect between 8-10% of fixed,not the max amount

I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.
