
ADHD is ruining my work as a PM
The past week hasn't been good. Not sure why but I am doing blunders at my work. Confidence is at its lowest, imposter syndrome is kicking in as hard as never.
Thought of switching from PMing also came in, but again not sure what is happening.
For some reason, I am not feeling good about myself and I am not able to figure out why.
Mind is totally fucked up, and it's hampering my work now.
Need help, what should I do to feel calm.😞

You need to have a great morning routine. Wake up early. Do some light exercises, meditation. Read newspaper. Do not use devices for a few hours. Work on things that are in your control - do it enough number of times then you would slowly stop worrying about things out of your control.

You sound like you're burnt out. Take a couple days off if possible and watch some shows or go out. Remember that no one is perfect at what they do and that you're in your position for a reason

Speak to someone. Therapy really helps. Try to find some external sources of positivity.
