Advices for someone who is just starting their tech journey
What is the one advice you would have given to your younger self when you were just about the start your first job straight out of college? Grapeviners experiences would really come in handy :) Cheers!!

Join a seed/growth stage startup, you will get to work across the board of the stack and get a holistic view of architecture which will help you design them in future. If lucky enough, stick with that startup for 3 years, irrespective of raises. By that time your startup will grow as well and you will now be solving problems for scale. The skillset you will gain will then fetch you great offers. This has been my initial journey and the salaries grow exponentially post that. After 3 years you are free to hop and focus solely in money making. Its like the saying if you want to the cut the tree in 8hrs, spend 7hrs sharpening the axe.
