🪶 Day 1
UPDATE:
Woke up at 6 pm and started reading up on resources from HelloPM today. I don't have money to pay for courses so I'm making the free online resources my bestfriend for this journey.
Today's topic: First principles for product managers.
This was so enlightening. I learnt how important it is to break down the problem and think about the product building and analytics from a completely different POV.
I think I related it to AI/ML somewhat as well. The deeper an ML engineer goes into the data, that is by breaking it down, the better F1 score they get.
For a product manager, the data is the problem they are trying to solve, develop a unique customer experience and the analytics they should track to identify the bottlenecks and clogs that are driving down the user retention rates. And, their F1 score is higher user retention rates.
Any feedback and gyaan is welcome if it'll help me achieve my goal.
