I work for a Series A start-up in Bangalore. I have 5 YOE and my current base is 21 LPA and ~5L worth of ESOPs a year.
Seeing Grapevine salary charts, I feel I might be underpaid. Should I negotiate or look for other opportunities or is the base I am getting now alright?

How to get such jobs with this LPA? I'm 3.5 YOE and getting no more than 8LPA
Recruiters ask current CTC and offer CTC + 1L only. So getting 20LPA is just a dream to me

Am I underpaid ? I have more than 5 years of experience as a Java Fullstack and Backend Developer. CCTC - 18LPA (Base - 16.2 LPA + Variable - 1.8 LPA)
I don't think you are underpaid, a better word is fairly paid.
