I have accepted the offer from Deloitte USI of 11 LPA as fixed for ASA role. I have 3 YOE. Am I being underpaid here? If yes, can anyone suggest if I can re-negotiate with HR to provide me more. I was expecting somewhere around 14- 15 LP...
