Itās funny to see, how few companies in India still believes a job compensation should be based on what your last drawn salary was and not on what you are actually going to deploy for them. Maybe thatās why they have 3.3 glassdoor rating.
Sad reality but this is one of the main reasons behind toxic work environment.
